On Monday, August 20, 2012, Judy Siver sent us this information on Richard Keith Jurgan by e-mail while helping gather information for the organizing committee of the Hackensack High School Class of 1962 fifty year reunion.

“Richard Durkin also listed (on our wall unit list) is actually Richard Keith Jurgan, a Marine, who enlisted with Jay Ford and Skip Van Lenten.  We called him “Durg” and I think that is why there is a mix up about his last name. 
Ed Church (former track coach and Athletic Director at HHS) and I briefly visited them at Parris Island in South Carolina in March of 1963 after they had been there for about six weeks.”
